The role involves designing features end-to-end from discovery to QA and maintaining a lean design system for consistency. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams and visit clinics to translate user insights into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design features end-to-end, from discovery to implementation and QA
- Develop our design system further and ensure consistency, quality, and speed
- Work closely with product, engineering, and other teams, with short distances and a lot of personal responsibility
- Visit our clinics, talk to users, and translate findings into better product decisions
Requirements
- Strong sense of UX and visual excellence
- Ability to work securely with Figma, components, and prototypes
- Interest in AI-powered workflows and understanding of when human judgment is crucial
- Reliable, fast learner, and brings own perspectives actively
- German language skills at least B2 level
