The role involves designing features end-to-end from discovery to implementation and QA, while maintaining and evolving the company's design system. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams and conduct user research in clinics to inform product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design features end-to-end, from discovery to implementation and QA
- Develop our design system further and ensure consistency, quality, and speed
- Work closely with product, engineering, and other teams, with short distances and a lot of personal responsibility
- Visit our clinics, talk to users, and translate findings into better product decisions
Requirements
- Strong sense of UX and visual excellence
- Ability to work securely with Figma, components, and prototypes
- Interest in AI-powered workflows and understanding of when human judgment is crucial
- Reliable, fast learner, and brings own perspectives actively
- German language skills at least B2 level
