Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of digital experiences across platforms, including discovery, wireframes, visual design, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on goals, and co-create solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of digital experiences across platforms, including discovery, wireframes, visual design, and interactive prototypes
- Write and review concise, user-friendly microscopy that helps guide users through tasks, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience
- Champion a user-centered design approach, conducting or supporting research to understand user needs, pain-points, and behavior
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on goals, and co-create solutions
- Translate complex customer journeys and business requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces
- Drive the use of design systems and help evolve components in alignment with HSBC’s global brand and UI standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX and UI design, preferably in a fast-paced or large-scale environment
- Experience with UX writing and crafting clear, user-centered copy as part of the design process
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive and mobile-first design and showing how those designs have created meaningful impact or delivered value to users or the business
- Familiarity with user journey mapping, UI/UX research, and workflow design
- Working knowledge of accessibility principles and how to implement them
- Experience collaborating in Agile or cross-functional teams
