Alternance - Product Designer H/F/X

Design UI solutions for various products, moving from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes. Maintain the design system and collaborate with the delivery team to ensure consistent implementation and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in different design phases, from ideation to low and high-fidelity: brainstorming, user flow, wireframing, mockups, prototypes
• Maintain and improve the design system: primitives, components, and their variants
• Structure and update Figma, based on production screens
• Collaborate during the delivery phase: handoff, implementation follow-up, UI validation, continuous improvement
• Ensure the consistency of interfaces with the graphic charter and the design system in place
• Implement design improvements, particularly on accessibility and responsive design
• Carry out a competitive watch from a UX and UI point of view

Requirements

• First experience in product design, preferably in web design, ideally in a SaaS or Fintech product
• Training in design (UX/UI, product design, interaction) or equivalent
• Sensitivity to user experience issues, ergonomics standards, and UI detail (legibility, hierarchy, visual coherence)
• Good mastery of Figma
• Ability to document clearly (decisions, models, specs)
• Good team spirit, curiosity, ability to receive and give feedback
