Lead the continuous discovery process to identify customer pain points and validate hypotheses through iterative testing. Create development-ready designs and prototypes in Figma while contributing to the overall design system and component library.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous discovery process, identifying customer pain points and opportunities
- Collaborate with researcher to ensure understanding of existing behaviors and test design concepts
- Support product manager in defining and driving product roadmap
- Create and annotate development-ready designs and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with designers on app team, contributing to Figma component library and ensuring consistency
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer
- Experience in end-to-end design
- Comfortable in early stages of discovery, facilitating workshops, contributing to user research, and delivering development-ready UI design
- Clear communicator with ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a squad-based environment
