The Senior Product Designer will shape the user experience and visual language for the mobile app and website through intuitive interfaces. They will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers to elevate overall design quality.
Responsibilities
- Shaping the user experience and visual language of the mobile app and website
- Translating design goals and product requirements into compelling, intuitive interfaces
- Partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop engaging and effective user experiences
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the Design System
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design role
- Significant experience in Lean UX and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative data
- Collaborative design mentality
