The intern will focus on the modeling and development of analog and mixed-signal IC topologies for Power Management systems. Responsibilities include performing simulations in Spectre and collaborating with design experts for circuit reviews.
Responsibilities
- Analog and mixed-signal IC topology modelling and development to satisfy design specification
- Simulation and performance evaluation in spectre and mixed signal tool
- Circuit review with design experts
- Integration of your design in the full Power Management system
Requirements
- Highly motivated student
- Available for a 6 months internship or longer
- Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal IC topology modelling and development
