Lead Digital UX UI Designer (Hybrid)

Lead the UX vision and strategy for digital platforms while mentoring a team of designers to establish organizational standards. This role involves hands-on design work and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the customer journey and conversion performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the UX vision and strategy for our digital platforms
- Ensure user experience decisions align with business goals, customer needs, and data insights
- Establish and maintain UX standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
- Advocate for the customer through research, testing, and data-driven decision making
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of UX designers
- Create or guide the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Contribute directly to complex UX challenges and high-impact projects
- Facilitate workshops and design reviews to ensure quality and alignment
- Participate in usability testing, research analysis, and design validation
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital experience design
- Experience leading UX initiatives for large-scale digital products or ecommerce platforms
- Proven ability to lead and mentor designers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem solving
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to communicate design concepts and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in ecommerce or retail environments
