The Web Designer will own the visual hierarchy and UX of the storefront, ensuring a smooth path from landing page to checkout. They will also build and maintain a scalable library of components within Figma and transform raw data into design hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual hierarchy and UX of the 'storefront' to ensure a smooth path from landing page to checkout
- Build and maintain a scalable library of components within Figma that maps directly to Strapi
- Transform raw data into design hypotheses and visual solutions that move the needle on CAC
- Be the translator between the Marketing team’s goals and the Engineering team’s technical constraints
- Implement high-level B2B & B2C design principles that balance E-commerce speed with professional credibility
- Ensure the site remains lightning-fast and fully accessible (WCAG compliant)
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in design with SaaS/Ecommerce brands
- Strong handle of web design tools and headless CMS
- Expertise in creating high-conversion 'Buy Now' flows
- Strong proficiency in CRO & UI/UX
- Deep understanding of how design choices impact Core Web Vitals and SEO
- Responsive Typography & Grid Systems
- Product thinking
