The Product Designer will structure and enhance the Sezame experience by focusing on aesthetics, product efficiency, and business impact. Responsibilities include designing user experiences, collaborating with teams, and maintaining design quality.
Responsibilities
- Conceive an experience aligned with user, business, and technical challenges, in close collaboration with the PM, developers, and other teams
- Prioritize and calibrate design effort to deliver incrementally and qualitatively
- Anticipate problems, propose solutions, and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure the quality of the experience in production and contribute to the design system
- Stay up-to-date with design, product, and technological trends
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Product Design in a demanding product environment
- Mastery of Figma
- Strong business sense and strategic vision
- Experience in user research (qualitative and quantitative) and analytics (GA, Metabase…)
- Ability to lead collaborative workshops
- Mastery of UX/UI principles and design systems
- Autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects
