Senior Product Designer - Expression of Interest

The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design execution for product areas and translate roadmap initiatives into structured user journeys and polished UI. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are feasible and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design execution for product areas
- Translate roadmap initiatives into structured user journeys, flows and polished UI
- Deliver development-ready designs across desktop, mobile web and mobile apps
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to refine requirements and ensure feasibility
- Identify when user validation is needed and conduct research or usability testing
- Make design decisions grounded in user insights, product context and business priorities
- Maintain high standards of craft while delivering reliably and pragmatically
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Proven experience delivering complex product areas end to end
- Strong UX and interaction design skills, especially for structured workflows
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with mobile-first thinking and responsive patterns
- Experience delivering clear specifications and working closely with engineering
- Ability to balance user needs, business priorities and technical constraints
- Experience working with or alongside a design system, contributing to components evolution
- Proficiency in English
