Drive the user experience and usability of DocuWare products by conducting impactful mixed-method research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development and champion a user-centered design approach.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and evaluate UX research and tests
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other departments to ensure research insights are integrated into products
- Define strategic research objectives and plan research activities
- Prepare, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies
- Deliver innovative and actionable results and communication strategies
- Champion a user-centered design approach within multidisciplinary project teams
- Support and mentor other UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Market Research, Interaction Design, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience as a UX Researcher
- Expertise from SaaS projects or organizations
- Collaboration experience with Design, Product Management, and Development teams
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Solid knowledge in test design, statistics, and data analysis
- Analytical and strategic thinking
