Create high-converting digital assets, social media content, and marketing collateral to support brand growth and lead generation. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and evolve the company's visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages
- Create branded lead magnets, PDF guides, pitch decks, presentations, and sales collateral
- Develop ad creatives and campaign visuals that are built to perform
- Produce social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with marketing to turn briefs into polished creative quickly and accurately
- Assist with refining and evolving Henderson Advocacy’s visual identity over time
- Organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio showing branding, digital ads, social media creative, presentation design, and marketing collateral
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Ability to design for both aesthetics and conversion
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well
- High attention to detail
- Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
