The UX Researcher will develop research plans and conduct mixed-methods studies to provide actionable insights for product teams. They will collaborate with designers and product managers to refine digital experiences and advocate for the user voice across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop research plans with clear objectives, participant screeners, moderator guides, recruiting strategies, and timelines
- Share research findings with product, design, and executive teams
- Provide regular project updates, including status, blockers, and open questions
- Recommend appropriate research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals
- Work with Product Managers to forecast and prioritize research needs
- Join cross-functional initiatives, representing the user voice and helping to drive continuous improvement
- Build user empathy across the organization through readouts and direct feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research
Requirements
- 3-5 years of UX research experience
- Empathy and user advocacy
- Analytical thinking
- Communication and collaboration
- Technical proficiency
- Creativity
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
