Lead the development of scalable UI and design systems to enhance the branded customer experience across web and app platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to translate research into high-fidelity prototypes and inclusive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Improving customer experience through scalable design work, UI, interaction, and systems design
- Leading and managing sizeable projects, bringing them from concept to completion
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, marketing and sales managers, and data analysts
- Ensuring that solutions meet customer needs while supporting Zooplus’ strategic goals
- Creating engaging, exciting, and vibrant design and evangelizing the power of good design
Requirements
- Degree in UX/UI Design, Visual, Interaction Design, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in visual/UI design
- Proven ability to lead and manage sizeable projects
- Strong understanding of design methodologies
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Mural, SharePoint, Baymard, Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
