Lead the design team in creating fintech experiences for banks and issuers across various Wibmo products. Define design best practices and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive product discovery and outcome ownership.
Responsibilities
- Define best practices, frameworks, principles, and influence ways of operating
- Coach and provide expertise to the design team
- Obsess over customer needs and business objectives
- Stay close to customers and partners
- Drive product and market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning and roadmap development
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, production support, operations, finance, banking alliances, marketing and sales teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of strong product design, user experience design, interaction design, and visual design experience
- 3+ years of design leadership experience
- Strong people management and leadership experience
- Ability to drive product discovery and decision-making
