Web & App UX Designer

The role is responsible for building and refining the customer experience across amaysim's website and mobile app. This includes creating wireframes and prototypes, optimizing customer journeys, and implementing updates directly on the platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX build and experience across amaysim's website and mobile app
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX solutions for web and app
- Map, analyze, and optimize essential customer journeys
- Work hands-on within web and app platforms to support updates, improvements, and releases
- Support the digital delivery of new products and features
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX development across both web and mobile app environments
- A strong portfolio demonstrating customer-centered design outcomes
- Proven ability to get hands-on updating and advancing digital platforms
- Experience working across shared web and app platforms
- Familiarity with Flutter is preferred
- Strong capability in journey mapping, usability testing, and experience optimization
