UX Designer (m/f/x) IT Air & Sea Logistics (Porto)

Conduct user research and develop innovative design solutions, including wireframes and prototypes, for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize logistical workflows and ensure design feasibility with back-end systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Develop innovative design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
- Plan and conduct usability tests, analyzing results to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to create holistic design solutions considering both front-end interfaces and back-end processes
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
