Lead the vision and strategy for customer experience design to elevate design quality and accountability across global teams. Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, inclusive, and elegant digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the company's vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Elevate design quality and practice, championing design thinking, and facilitating a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Ensure the highest standard of craft, clarity, and creativity, across user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) writing
  • Conduct research and effectively apply data and insights to inform, evaluate, and validate customer experiences
  • Obsess over the details of UX, content, visual, and interaction design, consistently pushing boundaries to create innovative, inclusive, and elegant experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing digital products and services
  • A strong portfolio showcasing world-class product design
  • Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines
  • Experience in complex, regulated environments—ideally financial services
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset with the ability to build trust across geographies and in global contexts
