UX Designer

The UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and discovery to creating high-fidelity prototypes. They will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, accessible designs that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Working across established teams of Design, Product, Engineering, QA, to develop a comprehensive understanding of our product needs and priorities
- Taking ownership over assigned projects – planning and following through on given design projects from gathering requirements to testing implemented designs
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, Marketers, and other stakeholders to define problems & goals, conduct user research, design interactions, and launch new features and services
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX design
- Strong understanding and ability to articulate user-centered design principles and practices
- Experience and skill in research, design, usability testing, documentation, and collaboration with engineers
