The role involves designing the end-to-end user experience for apps, chargers, and Home Energy Management Systems. Responsibilities include creating design systems, conducting user research, and collaborating with developers to optimize the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Work on the end-to-end user experience of our solutions
- Support the design process from user research to implementation
- Create and evolve design systems, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Plan and coordinate user testing to derive the best measures for product development and design
- Work in a data-driven way and actively coordinate the collection and evaluation of user feedback
Requirements
- First practical experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong visual aesthetics and ability to make complex products simple and intuitive to use
- Expertise in Figma or comparable design tools
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and design thinking
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
