The role is responsible for delivering high-quality, intuitive, and visually consistent user interface designs that align with the digital product strategy. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- User Centered Visual & Interaction Design: Creates intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that simplify complexity and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Design Systems & Component Thinking: Builds scalable UI components and drives consistency by contributing to robust design system standards.
- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Develops interactive prototypes and refines designs using data, testing, and continuous feedback loops.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Applies accessibility standards and platform guidelines to deliver inclusive, compliant, and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Technical Fluency & Handoff: Understands front-end constraints, anticipates edge cases, and provides clear specifications to support high-quality implementation.
- Strategic Problem Solving & Innovation: Approaches challenges analytically, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to long-term UI strategy and design maturity.
- Team Development: Coaches and supports junior designers, fosters a collaborative team culture, provides constructive feedback, and helps grow design capabilities across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- 5-7 Years Experience as a UI Designer
