Own the end-to-end design of complex AI-powered product workflows from concept to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of complex product workflows from concept to execution, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with business and user needs
• Lead discovery activities: map user journeys, gather insights, and translate them into actionable problem statements and design opportunities
• Design end-to-end UX/UI: information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and thoughtful edge-case handling
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions and drive evidence-based decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/operations teams to translate technical concepts into approachable tools and workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design depth, and shipped product impact
• Mastery of Figma (components, variants, tokens, prototyping, libraries) and comfort with industry-standard design tools
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive or complex interface design
• Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders
