Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences and translating complex business needs into scalable design solutions for the Digital Commerce ecosystem. This includes owning high-complexity user problems, mentoring other designers, and collaborating cross-functionally to align design strategy with product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own and solve high-complexity user problems and drive design decisions that influence product strategy and roadmap
- Translate business objectives and user insights or pain points into customer-centric solutions and new initiatives that deliver measurable impact
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and align design strategy with market and portfolio context
- Improve and scale design patterns, systems and processes across teams
- Actively contribute to effective cross-functional collaboration within the ProductāDesignāEngineering setup
Requirements
- A Bachelorās or Masterās degree in a relevant field (e.g. interaction design, product design, user experience design)
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI or related roles within digital product teams
- Proven track record of designing for complex ecosystems, preferably B2B or eCommerce platforms
- Experience in hypothesis-driven design, A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design from insight to execution
- Experience working with design system components, tokens and assets
- Expertise in one or more UX specialisms (e.g. interaction design, service design, visual design, design systems)
