Responsibilities
- Champion User-Centered Design: Lead user research, from interviews to usability testing, and translate those findings into powerful insights and design improvements
- Create and Innovate: Develop everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that solve complex problems for users
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with a diverse, international team of designers, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver elegant solutions
- Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor junior UX colleagues, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence
- Own the Experience: Manage the UX workflow for a product area, ensuring consistency with the design system and contributing to its evolution
Requirements
- Extensive Experience: 7+ years in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases problem-solving skills and design process
- Deep UX Expertise: Proficiency in the full range of UX competencies, including user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- A Strategic Mindset: The ability to align user needs with business goals and to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of technical constraints and how they apply to designing for various platforms
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Tooling Proficiency: Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Education Foundation: A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or a related field
