Product Designer - Invoices Lifecycle (12-month fixed-term)

Own the end-to-end design process for the invoicing lifecycle, from framing opportunities to validating impact. Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into intuitive B2B user experiences across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process end-to-end — from framing opportunities and exploring solutions to validating impact and supporting implementation across the invoicing lifecycle
• Be an expert in complex B2B workflows and independently drive UX decisions for high-stakes features
• Translate regulatory and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences that work across multiple European markets
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Tax Experts to ensure coherence across the invoicing domain and align on shared design patterns and constraints
• Define success metrics together with your PM and validate whether shipped features truly move the needle

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B software or complex workflow-driven applications
• Strong product thinking and problem framing
• Proven experience conducting user research and synthesis that directly influences product decisions
• Deep expertise in UI/UX design, with a solid understanding of engineering constraints and business context
• Hands-on experience contributing to and working with design systems
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
