Lead the development of visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior designers to support strategic communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print materials
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
- Work closely with marketing, web, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering skill development and creativity
- Assist in maintaining efficient workflows and best practices within the design team
- Review and refine design outputs to ensure accuracy, creativity, and alignment with project goals
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Knowledge of digital design standards, responsive design, and print production processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print platforms
