Senior Graphic Designer

Deliver high-quality design outputs for marketing and corporate communications across digital and print channels. Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into visually compelling solutions aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver high-quality design outputs across marketing and corporate communication materials in a fast-paced environment
• Plan and prioritise workload effectively, managing multiple requests from different teams while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute design tasks efficiently
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear, visually compelling design solutions aligned with brand guidelines
• Execute a wide range of design materials, including brand collaterals, marketing materials, digital assets, and multimedia support
• Apply AI tools where appropriate to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all channels while contributing fresh and creative ideas
• Support the improvement of design workflows, templates, and asset organisation to enhance efficiency
• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively follow through until completion
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency, real estate, or corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI-supported design tools and ability to apply them in daily work
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
• Good understanding of branding, layout, and digital design
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Good command of English
