Responsibilities
- Design concepting and detailed design handoff
- Partner with engineering during handoff and implementation
- Design across the Field Productivity portfolio
- Prioritize design work across multiple workstreams
- Plan and run research and discovery with field users
- Drive consistency and quality by leveraging shared design systems
Requirements
- Portfolio or case studies
- Expert understanding of human-centered design principles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of digital product design experience
- Experience with designing for complex workflows
- Familiarity with design systems and technical architecture concepts
