UX Designer

Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to design and prototype features for web and mobile SaaS applications. Ensure design consistency by following the design system and advocating for users through research and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to define functional requirements and shape new features
- Wireframe, prototype, and iterate quickly; using AI-assisted tools to speed up exploration without sacrificing intent
- Contribute to and follow the design system and component guidelines set by the Senior UX Designer
- Work closely with developers throughout design, build, and testing
- Participate in user research sessions and help synthesise findings into design decisions
- Advocate for users in cross-functional conversations and flag usability issues early
Requirements
- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and/or mobile applications
- A portfolio showing real product work; wireframes, flows, final UI, and the reasoning behind decisions
- Experience with AI design tools (Figma AI, v0, or similar) or a genuine eagerness to adopt them
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS/SASS; enough to collaborate confidently with front-end engineers
- Clear communicator, both in presenting design rationale and in daily cross-functional work
