Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Simpro's design system and component library
- Define UX guidelines, principles, and governance frameworks
- Lead user research initiatives - regular usability testing, discovery interviews, and insight synthesis
- Partner with product and engineering on complex, cross-product features
- Prototype and validate new concepts fast
- Coach and mentor designers on best practices and evolve in the AI age
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking
- Hands-on experience with AI design and prototyping tools
- Confidence running your own research: recruiting, facilitation, synthesis
- Solid HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
