Senior UX Designer

Own the full design spectrum including research, interaction, and visual design to build a comprehensive design system. Create end-to-end flows for officer and customer portals, focusing on complex operational workflows and payment systems.
Responsibilities
- Build the design foundation that makes this product team move faster
- Design the officer experience across web portals and mobile apps
- Design the customer and internal portal experience
- Design complex workflows: multi-party approval chains, scheduling logic, and service-backed integrations
- Build the EDS design system, including components, patterns, and documentation
- Conduct a full audit of the current experience across all product surfaces with prioritized findings
- Build end-to-end flows for the consolidated portal experience and a unified UX
- Design UX for an instant pay flow
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals
- Experience running user research
- Background designing complex workflows
- Enough technical fluency to design realistically within back-end and API constraints
- Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
- Strong communicator
