Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will own the full design spectrum, including research, interaction, and visual design for officer and customer portals. They will be responsible for building a token-based design system from the ground up to streamline product development.
Responsibilities
- Build the design foundation that makes the product team move faster
- Design the officer experience across web portals and mobile apps
- Design the customer and internal portal experience, including job posting, officer coordination, and billing
- Design complex workflows and service integrations
- Build a design system from the ground up
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals
- Experience running user research and translating findings into product decisions
- Background designing complex workflows and service integrations
- Technical fluency to design realistically within back-end and API constraints
- Experience building or contributing to a design system
