On-Call UX Designer

Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, and portals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable design artifacts and iterate based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective designs
- Create and iterate on design artifacts such as wireframes, flows, and interaction designs
- Partner with technical team members to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Participate in client and internal design reviews, incorporating feedback iteratively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to balance design quality with platform constraints and delivery timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
