Responsibilities
- Turn complex, real-world operations into simple, elegant product experiences
- Design end-to-end flows across web and mobile
- Build for multiple user types and permissions across a shared system
- Partner deeply with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate continuously
- Help define and evolve Cassiâs product design language and brand through the product
- Introduce and scale a design system that supports speed without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- Builder mindset: Youâve built 0â1 products or features from scratch
- Product thinking > pure design: You think in systems, not just screens
- Strong execution across platforms: Youâve designed for both web and mobile, with a mobile first mindset
- AI-native curiosity: You actively use tools like Claude Code or similar
- High agency: You donât wait for directionâyou create it
