Senior UX Designer - Unified Communications

The role involves championing users throughout the product management cycle by conducting research and framing problems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, UI designers, and developers to create and validate design solutions through prototypes and wireframes.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for customers by gaining a deep understanding of their work and challenges
- Be a key partner to stakeholders and product management in helping to come up with approaches that work
- Proactively apply research techniques that are appropriate to the problem being addressed
- Concept, prototype, validate, fine-tune, and present design solutions
- Communicate solutions to developers in an agile software development environment
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience doing user experience design for web, desktop, or mobile applications
- A portfolio showing UX process and how it resulted in products that people love
- Experience with a range of tools and the willingness to adopt new tools as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
