The Creative Manager provides creative direction to the NAM design team and ensures high-quality customer service and timely delivery of projects. They are responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints and distributing workloads among team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction in the execution of various materials for different clients
- Assign multiple projects to designers and set up appropriate timeframes
- Ensure the Herbalife brand is followed across all touch points
- Collaborate and conceptualize ideas with writers, designers, and staff across multiple departments and functions
- Elevate the creative level of the team and become an inspiration and a strong role model for the team
- Stay updated in terms of content, branding, and style guides
- Bring industry best practices into the department and to various regions and locales
- Partner closely with Creative Manager to carry out the creative vision
Requirements
- BA, BFA degree in graphic design or advertising from an accredited art school or institution
- 5-7 years of hands-on design experience at an advertising agency, design firm, or in-house corporate art department
- Strong customer relationships and long-term loyal partnerships with multiple clients
- Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management, and strict attention to detail
- Independent follow-through ability/attention to detail, monitoring and controlling
- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
