Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with business, product, and technology teams to deliver solutions
- Understand the business context, product rules, and user needs to propose solutions
- Translate complex problems into clear, simple, and efficient experiences
- Design and evolve end-to-end flows (acquisition and post-sale)
- Question demands and propose alternative solutions when necessary
- Work on conversational flows (WhatsApp/bot), contributing to the evolution of the experience in these channels
- Use data and insights to inform decisions
- Ensure the quality of the implemented experience along with technology
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Understanding of business rules and user needs
- Figma proficiency
- Ability to work with different areas (product, business, technology)
