Lead the end-to-end design process for consumer product areas, bridging business goals with user needs to create intuitive experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable components and optimize product strategies using data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pod-level business outcomes by managing high-complexity projects from concept to launch
- Turn ambiguous business goals into a roadmap of validated hypotheses and define success through measurable user outcomes
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to create an integrated experience across mobile and desktop platforms
- Optimization: Use A/B testing, user research, and data science insights to refine product strategies
- Design at Scale: Use and contribute to our design system to build scalable components and patterns
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, HCI, or equivalent experience
- A polished portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of successful product launches
- Command of visual design principles
- Fidelity for resonance: Proficient in prototyping across multiple fidelities
