Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to optimize product prototypes and validate design decisions for federal government clients. Translate user insights into actionable stories and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enterprise software experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Synthesize secondary research and translate insights into powerful stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to optimize product prototypes and deliver high-quality experiences
- Communicate study results and user outcomes clearly and in an unbiased way
- Participate in ideation sessions, rapid testing, and concept validation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional UX research experience
- Ability to provide 1 or more case studies demonstrating research process and deliverables
- US residency and work authorization
- Eligibility for Federal public trust
