Graphic Designer

Develop and evolve brand identity systems across digital and print platforms, including web layouts and marketing materials. Lead art direction for visual content and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve brand identity systems including logos, typography, visual vocabulary, packaging, print collateral, and digital assets
- Create compelling web layouts, information architecture, and responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile formats
- Lead the art direction of photoshoots, visual content curation, and campaign development in collaboration with the product and brand teams
- Design strategic presentations, marketing materials, and social media content aligned with brand tone and narrative
- Partner with external consultants for website development and manage aspects of print production when required
Requirements
- 0-2 years (Junior), 3+ years (Intermediate), 5+ years (Senior) of professional graphic design experience, social media and marketing experience are assets
- Degree in Graphic Design, or related field
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, and impeccable attention to detail across both digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with digital platforms and website design; familiarity with image editing and photo retouching
- Understanding of spatial design and/or wayfinding applications is an asset
- 3D modeling and rendering skills are an asset (Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, Enscape)
