Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will transform complex workflows into intuitive user experiences across the product ecosystem. This includes conducting user research, creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and contributing to the company's design system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences that support real-world customer tasks
• Generate multiple design concepts quickly and iterate based on feedback and user insights
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma to clearly communicate ideas and solutions
• Help identify and validate meaningful problems to solve through research and discovery
• Plan and conduct research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX design or a related role
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component-based design, prototyping, and file organization
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability, and user-centered design practices
• Ability to design with accessibility and localization in mind
• A thoughtful, iterative design approach that welcomes feedback early and often
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively
