Lead the architecture, design, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint environments to support organizational collaboration and automated business processes. Ensure security compliance with DoD policies while providing technical oversight and training for the SharePoint program support team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint environments
- Design and develop SharePoint sites, pages, and workflows
- Ensure optimal site performance and security compliance
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Implement user-friendly web design and UI/UX improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 7-10+ years of SharePoint administration and web solution development experience
- Expertise with SharePoint 2016/2019 or SharePoint Online
- Strong experience creating automated workflows and custom forms
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
