Senior Product Designer
Maintainx Remote (đ¨đŚ Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile platforms, from discovery and research to final UI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex systems for non-technical users and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI for both web and mobile
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering to define and deliver high-impact features
- Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex systems for non-technical users
- Help evolve and maintain our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product
- Present design decisions with clear rationale and integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, including work in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to ship thoughtful, user-focused designs that balance business and technical constraints
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with deep attention to detail, typography, and layout
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design systems and handoff best practices
- Solid understanding of Apple HIG, Material Design, and responsive web standards
