Designs and executes artwork to illustrate concepts for client approval, construction scope, and permitting. Develops drawing sets for brand conversions and maintains sign and image specification libraries.
Responsibilities
- Develops Drawing Sets that convey brand conversion concepts as directed
- Organizes and maintains drawing libraries
- Maintains sign and image specification details by Customer / Brand
- Assists in scope development for rebranding projects
- Assists with creation of materials take-offs for rebranding projects
- Handles all other duties, needs and requirements as may be necessary to ensure the success of Corporate projects
Requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
