Senior Product Designer

Design and validate intuitive user experiences for the Procore Pay division using mockups, wireframes, and research. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to set product strategy and integrate AI-driven workflows into the construction industry platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
- Conduct generative research and usability tests with Procore users
- Advocate for the user and evangelize user experience throughout the organization
- Promote a positive culture within your product team
- Leverage shared patterns through our design system and content guidelines
- Work across strategic problem sets involving cross-platform work, integrations with our other tools, and contributions back to our design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing world-class apps
- Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to push difficult problems forward with a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in leading design software such as Figma
- Extreme ownership, bias to action, and know-how to succeed in ambiguity

- Base Pay Range: $140,960.00 - $193,820.00 USD Annual
- Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation
