The role involves designing scalable, intuitive, and data-heavy end-to-end workflows within a complex SaaS environment. You will take ownership of features from early discovery and research through to final delivery and validation.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, intuitive solutions for complex, data-heavy workflows
- Take ownership of features from early discovery through design, validation, and delivery
- Explore multiple directions and approaches before converging on a solution
- Simplify complex systems and flows into clear, usable experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to align on priorities, constraints, and trade-offs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products
- Proven experience designing complex systems, including data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows
- Strong ability to think systemically and understand cross-product dependencies
- Experience taking features end-to-end, from research and exploration to final execution
- A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions forward
