Senior Permit Program Manager, Design Engineering

Coordinate the planning and execution of government approvals and building permits for data center development. Act as the primary point of contact for authorities having jurisdiction and manage permitting consultants to mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of all critical government approvals required for data center development
- Lead all building permit processes for assigned projects
- Develop and execute a permitting strategy, ensuring all partner teams are performing required actions at the appropriate time
- Own key relationships with authorities having jurisdiction and other key external stakeholders
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate risks to the permitting strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
- Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
