Graphic Designer

Develop and execute high-impact visual concepts and strategies across digital, print, and environmental mediums for stakeholders. Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to secure production while ensuring strict compliance with brand and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute compelling visual concepts that elevate communications for customers and stakeholders
• Shape visual strategies across a wide range of internal and external communications
• Guide projects autonomously from the initial strategy and conceptualization phases through to final production
• Ensure all products meet strict quality and security standards
• Act as a strategic design consultant with high emotional intelligence
• Translate complex, technical, or detail-rich data into clear, digestible, and visually engaging graphics
• Proactively manage assigned workload and project timelines within Workamajig
• Conduct basic digital press and large-format printing functions, perform pre-flight checks, and safely operate print production and production equipment within secure facility guidelines

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• Robust professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of graphic design capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the graphic design field
• 3+ years of relevant customer service experience
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
