The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of product features and journeys for financial platforms and mobile applications. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify data-heavy workflows and integrating AI tools to enhance design quality and delivery.

- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and explore solutions
- Design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Apply AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve design quality
- Contribute to product direction within your domain
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Product Designer role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact on product outcomes and user experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong product thinking
- Experience working with data, metrics, and experimentation to inform decisions
